THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still breaks down. The quality is cheap, and the design are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd acquired something functional instead. Save your doll
